First of all, a big welcome to the Character Creation blog. Over the past 36 years, I've had the continued pleasure of working on and producing artwork covering a variety of licensed characters, plus self-published material. This has covered a wide range of areas, from comic books, newspapers and magazines to promotional items and broadcast television. Over the coming weeks, I'll be posting various pieces of artwork along with some background information, hopefully answering such questions as "Why do most artists work until the early hours of the morning?" etc.
