There are two key pleasures for any comic book artist when it comes to work, the first is sometimes getting the chance to draw one of your favourite characters, a close second is to enjoy working with another artist you'll admire. The character in this case is of course, that Big Blue Destiny himself, The Tick. The 11 books I was involved with allowed me to work with first class artists such as Kevin Atkinson, and on the selected pages to follow of The Tick Color series, Tak Toyoshima. Oh yes, a close third key pleasure is getting paid!The Tick Color 2, page 1.
